CONDITIONS:

• Payment in advance at the time of occupancy plus a $50.00 deposit for telephone use, which is  charged separately.

• Minimum rent time is one week, the price per day is used to adjust for extra days.

• Rates include all services such as water, gas, light, cable TV, room cleaning and towel changing.

• Unlimited Internet use is $15.00 per month.

• Rates may change without prior notice and will be adjusted to market conditions.

• Upon registering, guest must fill out and sign a registry form, that has a printed copy of the hotel rules and regulations approved by the State Tourism Secretariat, to which all guests are bound.

• Exchange rate will be determined in Mexican pesos plus 15% VAT and 2% lodging tax at time of payment.
